This is for general information that it has come to the attention of PIMS Team, P&AR that there have been reports of individuals taking the name of PIMS Team, P&AR Department, and collecting funds from employees under the guise of assisting with various PIMS processes, for their own vested interest.

The PIMS Team, P&AR wishes to clarify that, we do not engage in any such activities, but operate solely for the purpose of public services and support the initiatives of the State Government, without any personal gain or ulterior motives.

Any requests for monetary contributions in exchange for assistance with PIMS processes or related matters should be considered fraudulent and promptly be reported. Legal action will be pursued against those found engaging in such deceitful practices.

For any inquiries or assistance regarding PIMS-related issues, we urge individuals to directly contact the relevant department (respective Directorates and AHODs) for official processing the case to the PIMS Cell, P&AR, without involving unnecessary intermediaries.
